Software for elevator service contractors
Keep your routes on track and your billing caught up.
Your mechanics record the work, parts and customer signoff on their phones. The office reviews the service ticket, checks what's covered by the maintenance agreement and prepares an invoice for billable work. Routes, callbacks and each unit's service history stay together.
See the route, the signed ticket and the billing steps using 1 building you know.

Tuesday, 6 stops, 1 callback
For the field and the office
Keep everyone working from the same service record.
A callback comes in. A mechanic needs the last service report. The office needs the parts used before it can bill the repair. Keep those details with the unit and the service ticket.
For the mechanic
Know what's happened on that unit before you start.
Pull up the service history and parts used. Complete today's checklist, add photos and get the ticket signed while you're on site.

In the office
Review completed tickets, check agreement coverage and prepare invoices for billable work.
For the property manager
Look up each elevator's service history in an app with your company's name.

Finish the visit with the ticket filled out.
Ready when you get on siteThe unit's history, parts used and today's route on your phone.
Open the maintenance route and check the unit's last service visit. Work through the checklist, record what you did and add photos and parts used. Get the customer's signature on the ticket while you're there. The office has the details it needs, and you have a record to come back to on the next visit.

Your team knows the plan
Foreman and Super include training for mechanics and office staff. We'll put the training dates and changeover date in your setup plan.
See it work before you sign
Use 1 building you know to check the route, service history, signed ticket and billing steps. Then review a written proposal covering setup, software connections, payment dates and support before you decide.
Straight answers
What you'll want to know before switching.
Who do I call for help?
Your proposal names your support contact, lists support hours and explains how to report an urgent software issue. You'll have those details before you sign.
What will the proposal cover?
The software license, records we'll load, setup work, payment dates and support terms. We'll also review how you can get a copy of your customer and service records.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Tell us which QuickBooks version you use. We'll review whether and how your customer records and service invoices can move between the systems. Your proposal should confirm the connection and any setup work before you sign.
Does every service ticket need an invoice?
No. A maintenance visit or callback may be covered by the customer's agreement. The ticket records the work either way. Your office checks the coverage and prepares an invoice for any billable work.
How long does setup take?
We'll review your records, software connections and training needs first. Then we'll set out the record transfer, any training and your changeover date in the setup plan.
How does the monthly setup limit work?
We accept up to 10 new companies each month across all 3 plans. If that month's setup schedule is full, we'll discuss the next available start. Your proposal confirms the date. Requesting a demo does not reserve a slot.
How does monthly pricing work?
Solo is $499 a month with no setup fee. Foreman is $995 a month plus $2,500 setup. Super is $2,995 a month plus $5,000 setup. Prepay the year and the setup fee is waived. Every mechanic and office user is included on every plan. Nothing is charged per user.
Which plan fits my shop?
Count your mechanics and your units under contract. 1 mechanic and up to 79 units is Solo. 2 to 5 mechanics or 80 to 400 units is Foreman. 6 or more mechanics or more than 400 units is Super. If you sit on a line, we will put the right plan in your proposal.
Your Route to Invoice Demo
Walk through a service call the way your team works.
Pick 1 building you know. We'll walk through a maintenance visit and a callback, from the mechanic's route to the signed ticket. Then we'll show the office reviewing the ticket and preparing an invoice for billable work. Bring your questions about agreement coverage, QuickBooks and setup. You don't need to send your full building list.
Built around your maintenance business
For elevator contractors with units under maintenance agreement, whether you run the route yourself or manage a service team. Super Elevator System handles the software side. Your company handles the elevator work and customer relationships. We're independent of elevator manufacturers.
